In July of 2015, I was contracted with IBM to help design some internal tools for the Digital Sales Team. The tools we designed were used to educate and monitor the sales team social media activities all across the globe.

In July of 2015, I was contracted with IBM to help design some internal tools for the Digital Sales Team. The tools we designed were used to educate and monitor the sales team social media activities all across the globe.


Description

I worked virtually with three main teams on a day to day basis on three different tools

  1. Executive Dashboard- This tool was designed to give upper-level executives and mid-level managers a snap shot of the social media activities of their sales force on an annual, three month and monthly basis. Due to the complexity of the tool, we were required to build a filtering system that allows our users to see various levels of details.

  2. Digital Mastery – This tool allows the sales force to access and certify their levels of competence with social media and their knowledge on the subject. The tool allows the user to access coaching, curriculum and other resources.

  3. Digital Design Guild – The Digital Design Guild was a working committee that worked to rethink, redesign and categorize new design concepts to be used within the digital sales team. My role on the team was to create all the web elements chosen into elements actionable in Axure.
